I've had problems with my Honeywell Lyriq panel for quite sometime since I disassociated myself from my previous contractual agreement with a crappy monitoring service. Alarm Grid helped me, without me even having an account with them, without monitoring service or anything. The staff went well out of their way to help. Griffin emailed me and helped me through my initial issues and then when it seemed it was a Honeywell/Risideo problem, Alarm Grid even had experts with those panels. Darrell K walked me through the rest of the way, I activated my panel, chose a non-contractual plan and I can't even commend the level of courtesy and professionalism enough.
