I have upgraded a 35 year wired alarm system in my house. I am a do it yourselfer, unafraid of taking on things I know nothing about. The Alarmgrid folks helped me select the right parts and sent me a bunch videos that took the mystery out of the job. Initial setup resulted in a problem which was worked by several techs but still would not reset the smoke detectors. I have 8 smokes on 4 separate zones powered by 4 separate relays. Not your basic setup. The techs pulled in an expert, Freddie Danials, who spent over an hour with me running through many different tests till he figured out the problem was with a program setting. These guys have lots of patience with guys like me. I highly recommend working this company, they are great!
