Purchased a bicycle and assembly was very poor. I found scratch marks on some of the components, bicycle frame was greasy, a crank arm has been dented while mounting pedals, not all bolts were tight enough and disc brakes were rubbing. Nothing really major but I would expect mechanics were taking better care when inspecting bicycles pre delivery, I would have preferred doing it myself.Definitely not impressed by the service offered.
