Any time you order something online and you encounter a problem with it and have paid with a debit card or a credit you can go to the bank or the credit card company and get your money back .I am not sure why this lady who had a first name of Belinda had trouble getting her order as they sent it to the wrong country Not sure of the country but she had mentioned Canada and Australia .This person if she paid with either type of card can put in a complaint to her card company, and they will take care of it and put her money back on her account .
