Yet another garbage online retailer for cat merchandise. Just like Cat Lover's Boutique, the customer service is non-existent and you'll be waiting forever for your order to ship. I ordered the flopping lobster toy a week ago and sent out an email asking what the hold up is. The only response I've gotten is silence.I'm no longer interested in supporting "small" online businesses; seems every one is a scam. Save yourself the hassle and just shop with Chewy.
