I ordered two cat beds around Oct. 23. Oct. 26 they said they had been shipped. Oct. 31 I check the tracking number and find they are with DHL in IL (one state over from me). Today is Nov. 10th and still no order. I call DHL and they said they have never received the order, just shipping labels. Call AmazinglyCat and they tell me they have been shipped. I tell them no they haven't and cancel my order and give me my money back. Two days ago I contacted via email AmazinglyCat and tell them still no order. Today they tell me they have been shipped and should arrive 8-12 days (same thing they told me via email on Nov. 5. I wrote them back and told them to cancel my order and if by chance it has been shipped that I will not accept delivery and to give me my money back. WORST company I've ever worked with and such customer service liars.Cat beds finally arrived on 11/13. They were in a package so small I'm surprised one fit in it let alone 2 beds. Makes me wonder if they are as plushy as it shows in their ads. I didn't open in, took it back to the PO and told them to return it. We will see if/when I get a refund.
