This is my second time working with this Broker/Lendr, and I’m not entirely sure why since it wasn’t funded with Aquinas. Regardless, the process took about 2 1/2 days, and they finally came through and got me a Line Of Credit with a company called Idea. The only downside was the fee, which was 3 1/2% on the full Line Of Credit amount of 300,000. I get that they need to be paid for their work, but I thought this was a bit high. Anyway, they asked for a review, so here’s my take on it. I’m happy with the outcome, but I’m also a bit disappointed.
