andrew asked me for 7000 in fees to get a loan approved and after i said no ....reduced to 3500 which should have been a sign but i reduced to 2000 and asked for funding and ill pay the rest....after some going back and forth never got funded and never got my money back .....blame went every where but nothing happened and i'm out 2000!!!! I don't understand the positive reviews at all . TOTAL SCAM !!!!! I should have know deal was too good to be true.... 250k at 48 months payback 280k ......way too good to be true.......thats better than any bank or gov loan !!!!!! follow your instinct and don't fall for it like I did .....I only blame myself.......asked me to remove the review and they'll fund but never happened. fact
Decent experience a lot of questions about our revenue and how we operate our cash flow, we originally inquired for $40,000 monthly payments they came back with $28,500 and weekly payments we received $26,050 in our account. Overall decent they came through with what was approved. Let’s see how the rest of this goes. They offered a prepayment discount if paid within 5 months, seems short, but again okay.
I personally know this owner. He’s done a great job and helping businesses across the nation solidify working capital for their business. Our doctors office being one of them nearby over in Hasbrouck Heights. I do also know that a lot of the negative messages here mention he is not a funder He absolutely is a direct lender. I will direct anybody that says differently to the NYSCEF website, confirming and showing any and all customers that have defaulted on him with the contracts payment history in there as well. Pretty sad to see competition go this low to try and ruin his success.
This is my second time working with this Broker/Lendr, and I’m not entirely sure why since it wasn’t funded with Aquinas. Regardless, the process took about 2 1/2 days, and they finally came through and got me a Line Of Credit with a company called Idea. The only downside was the fee, which was 3 1/2% on the full Line Of Credit amount of 300,000. I get that they need to be paid for their work, but I thought this was a bit high. Anyway, they asked for a review, so here’s my take on it. I’m happy with the outcome, but I’m also a bit disappointed.
They came through with a 3 year loan, which I thought was not real at first, monthly payments, the cost of capital was decent but overall we are satisfied. Used the funds as a bridge and for paying down debt. Thank you very much to our sales rep Logan.
