The oils are amazing, packaging beautiful. Customer service ...smug and condescending! I ordered both at Christmas and in June spending so much that I received a free gift, except I didn't as they forgot to pack it in the parcel. I didn't bother contacting them at Christmas but this time I did and the smart arse customer services were vile. Won't be ordering from them again with this kind of attitude
