I've been using the product for a month now, and i'm not sure i see any result.Nonetheless, i like it: it's easy to put and don't require too much time.I will leave it a bit more time to see the result.BUTAfter one month, i received an invoice from FedEx that is 26% of the total order value, wich is crazy to me.But okay, i need to pay VAT because i'm not in the US. But they also charge a admin clearance fees that is half of the VAT.I had to idea i will need to pay 61€ on top of the product price and shipping.If i did, i would have not bought it.That's why it's nowhere to be found on the product page or checkout page.It's "hidden" in the shipping policy.So i confronted the customer service about it, and they basically told me that i should be aware of the existence of these charges as a customer.I told them that they should put it on the product page or the checkout page, and they told me it's on the shipping policy page, so i should not have miss it.A conversation in the customer service tab should not be a legal dispute guys.Get your business together and please start to understand your customers.I bought from you because Ben told great things about you, but im disappointed in the way you treat people and I will never buy from you again.So in summary:A good product with an efficiency that i'm not sure about yet,and a customer service that you cannot count on.Enjoy
