While there is deregulation with gas companies, this particular one should be regulated.Im shocked they don’t have bad reviews on here as they do on google and other sites. If you pay early, that’s a bad idea because you will still accumulate charges from that day to the actual due date. I’ve actually looked at the bills a second time because the dates where they charge for services overlap so you end up paying two bills one month.it really doesn’t matter when they say they checked meter, or when it’s due, they already have an estimated amount they’re going to charge. They charged me $65 to connect service and my service was already in and connected. The man that came out made several comments to confirm that, with the first and last visit. He told me that the trip was unnecessary because your service is already connected and connections are not within the units in the newer models as apartment complexes.
