Tyranny at its most high !!! Question ??How many natural gas providers are there in the state of TX. Oh, that’s right, just “1”. (One).. The constant rate increase which continues unchecked and customer service is bottom of the barrel…They Are Bullies, Thieves Gone Wild… So, has the quality of the gas improved, or even the horrific customer service. ??? Absolutely Not..

Supposed Atmos repairman with no ID

A person saying he was an Atmos repairman wanted access to my gas meter. I asked for an ID. He had none. He said he's asked Atmos to give him an ID for months. l called his supposed supervisor, Marvin Chapman, at Atmos, but didn't connect.Once Mr. Chapman and I spoke, this was resolved promptly and professionally.

Worst company ever

Worst company ever! These fools didn’t show up to my appointment and instead of rescheduling for the next day they scheduled for 2 days later. It’s about to freeze tonight!

As a senior citizen I Hate The Junk Customer Fee

As a senior citizen, I recall a time when there were NO 'Junk' customer fees. Part of business is being thankful that you have customers! The junk fees are rude and greedy. We all have a cost applied to doing our business. Back in the day, I could enjoy an 'off season' of $6.00 and $15.00 gas bills. Now, I struggle to pay just the damn service fees. I get no break even if I don't cook a thing. The gas rate used to include whatever Atmos needed to do to run their business. Tacking on another fee to this is just...tacky.

Helping Atmos Energy Succeed

This month Atmos Energy gave me the privilege of paying $60.83 for using $6.83 of gas. Since Atmos Energy will not pay an employee to take this payment at their office here in San Angelo, I also get to pay a small fee for another business to send my $60.83 to Dallas. I am so thankful for the opportunity help free enterprise succeed here in America. Also proud to contribute a portion my annual earnings of $21,396 to help pay for Atmos Energy's CEO's earnings of $8.1 m.

In desperate need of a competitor

I realize the customer service sucks because they don’t have any real competition in most areas. If you’re lucky enough to have options, I highly recommend taking them. They’re awful to work with.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service, the gentleman kept cutting me off before I could finish my question, and then argued with me about whether I understood what I was asking. Very rude. I would go with Centerpoint based just on this interaction alone. Call time was 11:19 5/22/2024.

SHOULD BE A ZERO RATING FOR ATMOS ENERGY

SHOULD BE A ZERO - VIOLATOR OF CUSTOMER PRIVACY AND PROPERTY RIGHTS THROUGH DIRECT AND FAKE CONTRACTED WORKERS:This company on multiple occasion has sent out without property verification of credentials and the ownership of the property (under the made of claim of a safety concern) crooked current and former hustling city workers to my home without proper contact; letting some old rat near but hang back pretending be me or my representative as I fought to protect my assets at three locations in the middle of move and after I moved. They called in a fake gas emergency to gain access into my home violating my rights and the police department employees were part of that mess. They even sent two fools out on two different times illegally extending my prior dig permit claiming that drug addict swatting at the address next door was doing excavation. Officer Allen came out and did his diligence after I made multiple calls to that stupid 811 line and got him the information about that crooked Ford / Brown setup - hanging around trying to get paid for a botched line locator service knowing he trespassed and he used those rats living near me and my stupid relatives to help them. This company has done nothing professionally since I opened this account. They even sent some farmhand here pretending to be a gas employee thinking I would take pictures of that nut since some fool heard I did it with MY paid service provider as part of capturing his work and the placement of my mobile storage unit - bunch of nosey jealous haters and their crooked band of thieves and it includes any relatives involved in this mess. They think being veterans gives them this right - it doesn't - even the VA rep said they have bad veterans. This company had contractors damaging my property then ignoring my calls. They came back and painted permanent paint marks near my car as it set in my drive. Fri, Mar 29 some fool crept onto my property tampering with those pipes and that meter gas line guide - stripping some of that mylar back exposing the copper. Whomever assigned this tricky mess thinking they can continue to do this better understand that what they are doing is a felony there is no business at this address and it is my private property and that swatter next door has no rights to eavesdrop with those earbuds then call those fools to have that thug come to my house messing with that outside wall, my paid for flexible gas line under the house, spray vinegar on my connector, put those quick growing weeds along my yard, or dig further over past the gas line and then put some fake survey line along their jankie crooked mostly stolen wood fence into my yard that they setup trying to hide his criminal activity - spying on the people around him through the slits, smoking illegal drugs, laying around with a H, setting up a track so he can use cats to do deliveries to those criminals behind him on the next two blocks. Every bit of this company's involvement in this mess with those made of jobs trying keep those thugs hanging around is both immoral and a felony conspiracy to defraud me and others line me. Consumption goes down, bill goes up

Weather is warm, we are gone part of the month. And yet, we have an all-time high on our gas bill. This is not the first time. We can even turn off the pilot light for several weeks and use no gas, but the bill goes up. If we had an option, we'd go with a different company. But Atmos thrives on having a monopoly in our town.

THEY CLAIMED MY METER WAS NOT WORKING

THEY CLAIMED MY METER WAS NOT WORKING. SO THEY REPLACED WHILE I WAS AT WORK. I HAD TO WAIT 3 DAYS TO GET MY GAS TURNED ON. SO I HAD HOT WATER AND NO HEAT IN THE HOUSE IN THE MIDDLE OF WINTER. THEN THEY SEND ME 2 BILLS 1 FOR 24.47 AND ANOTHER ONE FOR 48.94. WHEN I GO PAY THE BILL ONLINE I GET SURPRISE BILL OF 305. WOW SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO WITH ANYONE ELSE. TRASH ASS COMPANY DOES NOT NO HOW TO DUE BUSSINES.
