We have had a profoundly disappointing experience with Au-Pair in America and cannot recommend their services. Unfortunately, we encountered numerous lies and a lack of transparency throughout the process. It seems that no thorough investigation is conducted regarding issues that arise, leaving us feeling unheard and unsupported.The staff, in our opinion, display a troubling indifference towards host families. When we raised our concerns to management, it was disheartening to see a clear lack of follow-through on their part. This experience has left us feeling frustrated and disillusioned. We encourage potential host families to carefully consider their options before engaging with this agency.
