I have placed two orders in the past 6 months, I find this company fraudulent in making sure either order was delivered to my address. I work from home, and I have not had either order# 121098 Sept 25,2022 both oders placed were over $200.00. I need sun shade from the heat. I am not impressed with the customer service, nor getting billed for 2 orders not received. Do not use Back Yard City!!!
