I ordered a pool and it came damaged inside the box. I ordered a whole package and it also was missing the ladder that I still do not have and paid for. It also didnt ship with liner. I wasnt happy and asked for a return. I have had this pool in my garage fir a month now. I call and no answer. I emailed over 10 times with no answer or reply. I have the emails to prove it and will send them to anyone that wants them. This is a fradulant business and they dont stand by their products.
