I don't get the bad reviews, really. This was my first purchase here. They produced the masturbator ahead of schedule and it arrived at my home extremely fast within two weeks, overseas shipping to EU. Yea shipping is expensive but that's normal for anything shipped from the US to EU. UPS messed up and wanted me to pay the tax, which was already paid at checkout with Bad Dragon. The BD support was very quick and swift to help and everything was resolved just fine.After 2 months of usage, the masturbator is still in the same condition as it was when I first received it. It's flawless, it's high quality, it's the best I've ever used and I will never go back to the "universal" ones with weird bumps ridges and other shapes.
