I have been using Light 20 neutral in 16+ hours Barepro foundation for a long time. This has been changed to 24+ hours and I ordered usual colour via Boots website. When it came it seemed to be a different colour. I contacted Bare Minerals telling them I’d bought this via Boots. They suggested I apply the old colour and the new version of the colour and send them a photo. I did this and then Bare Minerals said they couldn’t help me as I had purchased via Boots! Now Boots won’t take the item back as it’s been opened!
