We went to the Benugo café in the Inner Circle Regents Park. DIRE is the polite description. The muffins were still part frozen and uneatable. The hot chocolate was barely warm, and going straight back to ask for it to be hot resulted in a second equally cool offering. And far from cheap.The person in charge was brusque and frankly rude to several customers. An awful experience, not to be repeated - ever! Would give zero stars if that were possible. Though it says there is, in fact Benugo website does not in fact allow feedback. No electronic contact information.
