NO true costumer service. They say free shipping 7 to 9 days. I have tried two orders the first one took 22 days.I am now waiting on my second order still waiting after 23 days! When I contact BB there is no help, they say that once they ship it is out of their hands. I will not purchase from them again. Their costumer service is hostile to inquiry.
