BBB Complaint rejected because the company changed its location from NJ to Texas and NJ BBB rejects the claim.I ordered a $116 stone holder. Was sent a cheap $15 holder junk.Contacted via website. No reply.Contacted Michael Poe via email. No reply.Called the number on their site and business card. It's an answering service that says they will forward message to Michael Poe. No reply.
