Well, I wanted to share my negative experience with the exchange. I'll start by saying that, in general, BITMART hadn't really let me down before, and I liked the exchange until the following curious incident.So, about 4-5 days ago (I've lost track already), I decided to send my WILD tokens to BITMART. At the moment I sent them, absolutely nothing seemed amiss—the deposit was open—and after sending, my tokens successfully showed up as "pending." So, suspecting nothing, I was just waiting. But after a while, I noticed that the deposit was taking suspiciously long, which of course worried me.I tried to find the problem, and it turned out that the deposit for the WILD token had already been closed. And I want to emphasize this: I made my deposit before BITMART managed to close their deposit; otherwise, the tokens simply wouldn't have appeared as "pending," but they did...At this point, I of course started to worry, but I thought it wasn't a disaster and I just needed to wait a bit longer than usual. After some time, while communicating on social media, I came across people with the same problem as me. And what was my surprise when I found out that their tokens had been credited—with a delay, but they were credited—while mine were not.. :)After that, I went to support. But the only thing they did to "help" was to tell me that I needed to wait, and wait, and wait. I had already figured that out for myself and I was waiting, but guys, it's already the fifth day, and support isn't giving me any specifics. Well, this is just too much..
