FRAUD!!!!!!!! Stay away they refused to my processed my withdrawal request 3 times then disabled my account ……. Don’t be shy to seek help. I refused to let them go away with my money filed a complaint and got everything back within few days
Well, I wanted to share my negative experience with the exchange. I'll start by saying that, in general, BITMART hadn't really let me down before, and I liked the exchange until the following curious incident.So, about 4-5 days ago (I've lost track already), I decided to send my WILD tokens to BITMART. At the moment I sent them, absolutely nothing seemed amiss—the deposit was open—and after sending, my tokens successfully showed up as "pending." So, suspecting nothing, I was just waiting. But after a while, I noticed that the deposit was taking suspiciously long, which of course worried me.I tried to find the problem, and it turned out that the deposit for the WILD token had already been closed. And I want to emphasize this: I made my deposit before BITMART managed to close their deposit; otherwise, the tokens simply wouldn't have appeared as "pending," but they did...At this point, I of course started to worry, but I thought it wasn't a disaster and I just needed to wait a bit longer than usual. After some time, while communicating on social media, I came across people with the same problem as me. And what was my surprise when I found out that their tokens had been credited—with a delay, but they were credited—while mine were not.. :)After that, I went to support. But the only thing they did to "help" was to tell me that I needed to wait, and wait, and wait. I had already figured that out for myself and I was waiting, but guys, it's already the fifth day, and support isn't giving me any specifics. Well, this is just too much..
Bitmart is worthless and badly app! I have 53 $ from (eth,solana, xrp,usdc) can't converter or transfer to usdc, will withdrawal to bybit. Don't work, its totally worthless stay 53 $ in spot or earn. Can not withdrawal or converter!!!Bitmart 🚫👎
As is customary in the market, exchanges give trading bonuses to new users. I had heard about this exchange and it was recommended by a YouTuber I trusted. I decided to use it since they were offering a trading bonus, as the YouTuber said, and because the terms of the campaign on Bitmart indicated it would cover fees and losses. That was a lie. Unlike Bitunix, Zoomex or other smaller exchanges, Bitmart’s bonus was only a leverage or margin bonus; that is, it merely increases your margin and doesn’t cover fees or losses. You’d have to lose all your money for the bonus to be useful, or open a position using 100% of your account—place a trade with all your funds. God! They are a scam! A lie! They deceive with fine print within fine print. Don’t entrust your money to these people who lure you with lies.
My BitMart account was closed despite not violating any rules. Since 2019, I've contacted support numerous times (Ticket #25105), but each time I've only received a "Your request has been denied." They haven't explained which rule I violated.I can't access my funds.
