If I could give no stars I would but it seems to be the only way to be able to write a comment on this site I will start off by saying I was totally disappointed with the services that Bill could have pay someone’s rent the nurse was upright rule with me when it was time to make the payment I had to get her straight I would never take my dog back to blue pearl and it was in Houston Texas Actually Spring Tx. but that’s neither here nor there they keep my dog for hours And I understand that we couldn’t go into the hospital because of Covid but we call more than 4 to 5 times just to be put on hold I feel like they was holding my fur baby for hostage money she only needed x-rays which cost me over $400 they are about money not the animal I was so glad to do a follow up visit with her regular veterinarian yesterday because they do give a damn about her if you care about your animals do not take them to that animal hospital please
