CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LITERAL TRASH. Throw it out. Get a new trainer for customer service and revamp the whole system. I’ve worked customer service for 12 years and never have experienced THIS bad of customer service! They’re up to par with Att BARF. I literally will keep things I hate just to not deal with their service so so so so so bad. Been shopping with bombshell since 2017 and it started to get bad as of 3 years ago.
