This is completely unacceptable !!! Their costumer service or rewards program are a trash !! . I’ve spent over £ 1,000 and earned my reward points honestly, yet I’m being blocked from using them because of hidden limits. That’s deceptive and shows zero respect for loyal customers. If this is how you treat loyalty, don’t expect it in return. Pathetic how pathetic !! You have lost customer
The fit is incredibly comfortable — it hugs the body just right without feeling too tight. The fabric is super soft with a great amount of stretch, making it perfect for both workouts and everyday wear. You can tell the quality is high, and the designs are always flattering and stylish. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to feel confident and comfortable while staying active!
I start shopping with bombshell sportswear in 2019. If I was reviewing them then my rating would be 4 stars. I loved that their fabric was thick and no pilling. I adored the sexiness and comfort. I purchased many things from this company. My issues: their sizing has changed. According to there size chart I'm a small. In their new Mohawk leggings I'm a S but anything else I'm a M. I have shorts in M, that are still good since 2020. So after taking a break from buying from them, I decided to make a purchase again on August 18th 2025. I ordered the uplift shorts and fit tee in a M. Recieved them and the shorts look like an xs. The top I can say was thicker then their previous ones. My biggest gripe is they steady keep dropping these short shorts. Can yall make 6 inch shorts for women who don't want their shorts to be underwear by the end of their workout??! This detoured me from buying from them. So I returned the items. The end right NOPE. I did my part, used their label and the post man tried delivering on August 30th and they were closed. So it said to be delivered next business day OK fine. We'll 6 days passed and still saying the same thing. I contact customer service and spoke with someone named SAM and told them what was going on. Instead of saying we can investigate what's going on, they proceed to get defensive saying they dont control the mail. I never said you did BUT IF PEOPLE ARE SPENDING MONEY ITS YOUR JOB TO MAKE SURE CUSTOMERS ARE TREATED CORRECTLY. I spent 110 dollars on a crap piece of shorts and top. I won't be shopping with them anymore!!! Unless its blackfriday which reflects how much their stuff should cost!!! I better get my money refunded or all h@## will break loose!!!
I am a regular spender at Bombshell over 2k in 2 years. I received a damaged pair of leggings and my issue was resolved with compassion and promptly from Sam. The condition on some of the products can be a bit iffy, but things happen and on the most part their items are great. It helps when high quality customer service is carried out
People please please don’t buy from this brand!!! All these reviews are true!!! Their customer service is trash. I wish I would have read these complaints before buying my first order. My order issue was never resolved, and instead of taking responsibility, Bombshell wasted my time with empty apologies. Very unprofessional — I will not order again.
To say they have customer service is a joke. This company is about greed and nothing else. They want your money and thats it, not your loyalty or customer satisfaction. They don't actually provide any real service or support just "oh this must be so frustrating for you" you can make returns of course on a glitchy website (which the customer service was also unhelpful with), but for an additional fee. No offer to waive it if the mistake was on their end.
