I ordered a Bomibox delivery, but one of the products arrived damaged and leaked powder all over the box and the other items. I contacted their team and provided photos. They offered a refund, which I accepted on 8 October.Since then, I’ve followed up multiple times, but they have not responded or issued the refund. The lack of communication is unacceptable.The initial response was polite, but their follow-through has been extremely disappointing.I’m sharing this experience to warn others; if something goes wrong with your order, you may face a lot of effort and delays to get it resolved.
