Costing £370.She will have to wear a collar for 2 days and is probably traumatised and anxious and suffering.Shame on you FOR NOT ADMITTING LIABILITY.If a baby gets hurt whilst at nursery. Even if the parents don't see it with their own eyes, the nursery is liable.Just like they are liable.
