If I could give zero I would. They rang me to say there was some knots in his tail they would need to shave out. He has a very long up and over tail I assumed they would cut out a knot or two but no they shaved his entire tail to nothing. And to make matters worse they cut his tail, when I got out of the car at home I realised I had blood on me from carrying him and blood in his car seat. They said it was a scab but it wasn’t it's a fresh wound. Appalling. This was the Knutsford branch, I would never leave my dog there again.
Disgusting service they cut my poor baby girls nails and snapped it all the way in half inside her resulting in a trip to the vets costing us £370 pounds which they are not taking any liability or responsibility and have treated us absolutely disgracefullly. They all need to be shut down immediately DO NOT TAKE YOUR BELOVED PETS HERE!
My poor baby.Absolutely gutted to collect my dog from Canine Cutting Club In Hale and see this has happened with absolutely nothing said. Devastated. She must have been in so much pain. And you said nothing.Did anyone even comfort her when this was done? She already has anxiety and this would have made her ten times worse.She is now undergoing sedation at the vets to have the nail removed. Costing £370.She will have to wear a collar for 2 days and is probably traumatised and anxious and suffering.Shame on you FOR NOT ADMITTING LIABILITY.If a baby gets hurt whilst at nursery. Even if the parents don't see it with their own eyes, the nursery is liable.Just like they are liable.
Absolutely appalling service and cut of my King Charles cavalier. She has a nick to the neck, ears are raggedy and a large bald patch on her chest. When I emailed to express my concerns I was met with abusive messages about correcting a home cut - not true. Refused a refund and accused of threatening staff when I said I would be leaving a review of my experience. I hope the £40 charge for the shambles of a cut is put to good use by retraining staff firstly in not leaving dogs unattended on grooming tables. Secondly on how to groom correctly. A flurry of Fake positive reviews quickly followed on google reviews and my own removed!
