Upon arrival at covered parking there was a sign indicating “for quickest pick up park in row I”. We parked in row I only to be left there while 2-3 shuttles picked up people in rows A-F but never came to our side of the garage and we had to schlep all of our bags to those aisles to get picked up and scolded by driver for leaving our car after 20 mins of waiting. Upon return we waited for over 40 mins for pick up at terminal with 20-25 other people who all wanted in the same shuttle. We went to the door your ticket told us to use and found that Canopy pickup was at a different door than listed on your own tickets. When calling for assistance was told be staff that patience would suffice because shuttles are sent every 10-15 mins. Upon return to covered parking attendant left us until last because we didn’t have a ticket because we never got one when we arrived because no one ever picked us up at our car and we had to drag our bags as mentioned above. This was a disaster at every turn. TLDR - if you tell customers where to park/ pick up at terminal you should be servicing those areas regularly. It is frustrating to follow YOUR instructions and still be left with no/ rude service
