I visited the Solihull restaurant for lunch on 21st May 2025. During my visit, the waiter kindly advised me to keep the receipt in order to receive a 50% discount on my next visit. Unfortunately, I misplaced the receipt. When I returned to the Solihull branch three days later and provided proof of payment via my credit card transaction, I was informed that a reprint of the original receipt was not possible.Despite understanding the need for certain policies, I was disappointed that no alternative solution could be offered, especially as I had proof of purchase. As a result, I am unable to benefit from the advertised discount, which has led me to cancel my planned return visit.While I appreciate the initial helpfulness of the staff, I believe this experience reflects a lack of flexibility in customer service that impacted my overall impression.
