My experience with Casket emporium was absolutely GREAT! If I could give them ten stars, I would. From day one, Joe (the owner himself) reached out to me after my online inquiry of an oversized casket for my father -who passed away in a different state. I was floored by the customer service, and follow-up til the day of the actual delivery. Of course, I was initially nervous to order a casket online. However, after I read the reviews and spoke with Joe- I was at ease. The casket was beautiful and of high quality; and the delivery was on time making their service and my experience over the top!
