Am I being sceptical or do I not appreciate the radio!! I'm baffled as to why people have to spend hard earned cash on a subscription that only allows you to listen to Celtic as opposed to watching them!! Come on phat cats in this day and age surely the globe amount of fans should subsidise the amount of cash you are looking for (C.F.C Board).
I visited the club today with my son and it always amazes me how I find out more and more every time I visit. Stephen our guide, was a gent and had amazing knowledge with humour thrown in as well. He also made my son and another man’s son feel extra special by allowing them to lead out the rest of the group doing the tour from the changing room to the park. Brilliant job ! Hail Hail !
Stephen took us on our tour of Paradise today. I think we could have stayed and listened all day. The knowledge he has is fantastic. We are life long Celtic fans and this isn’t the first tour we have been on but I enjoyed this one the most. Had a wee Champions cocktail after the tour in the bar and really enjoyed it too. Hail Hail Bhoys & Ghirls if you have not been you should get yourselves along for a great wee trip round Celtic Park💚🤍🧡
I live away from Glasgow nowadays, therefore, when return 'home', one of my highlights of a visit is a trip to Celtic Park. This was my fifth visit to Celtic FC tour in the last 20 years or so. It never disappoints, it is always improving and I always learn something new about our the club. Our visit was booked for 4pm on 5 July 25. We arrived in good time for the tour, the checking in and welcome process was excellent with brilliant staff there to assist you. This was the first time we did the tour starting in the Sports Bar, which is an excellent addition to the tour and a great facility. Our tour guide was Des who was fantastic throughout. Despite it being a late tour on a warm day, his warmth, energy and knowledge of all things Celtic was tremendous! From the Sports Bar, we visited the main stand reception area, boardroom where Des provided a great overview of the club's history, gave everyone a chance to take pictures in front of the trophy cabinet, answered specific questions with ease and engaged brilliantly with visiting fans from other clubs, intertwining Celtic's history, with snippets relevant to their own club's history; clearly a man with encyclopedic footballing knowledge. From there we progressed through the stadium to the changing rooms, down the famous tunnel to the pitch side. Note: As this was the close season, it was great to see some of the work going on behind the scenes, like the new technical areas and the hybrid pitch being maintained. From the pitch side, we visited sat in the Director's Box to see the view they have on match day and hear further stories about the club. From there, we walked back to the Sports Bar where you can spend some time in the bar and order food. Due to other commitments we had to leave soon after, but I wished we had the time to stay in the bar longer or better still, pre-booked into the restaurant to extend our visit to Celtic Park. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and it gets better every time I visit. Special thanks to our guide Des, who was simply outstanding and a great ambassador for the club.
