I bought an expensive set of knives from this company. In less than a month, one of them had a fault, which was obviously a manufacturing defect. They refused any kind of warranty support, even though the problem was not caused through use. So BE AWARE, once they have your money, that's it. They do not honour any kind of warranty or guarantee.
