We ordered dinner on Friday and it was scheduled to arrive at 8pm. The food did not come until 12pm. My friend was in constant dialogue with the customer service people who were utterly useless and disinterested. They kept saying the food would definitely come and when refunds were discussed, they were completely non-committal. They also refused to give an expected time of arrival at any stage and the driver drove within a couple of blocks of our house numerous times during the night without delivering. If you want to to ruin your Friday night, then order Chowbus, or, the NO Showbus.
