I never got my package.

I never got my package. It supposedly arrived on October 15,2025. I was keeping track of it and everything, but it never showed up on my porch. I’m not sure if the issue lies within the postal service or what. But either way I am highly unpleased with my experience. I would be extremely appreciative if I could get my package or get a refund.
