I ordered plates and glasses from the company's website on December 9, but the delivery took much longer than expected. When my order finally arrived, the glassware was broken, and the packaging was poorly handled. Additionally, my placemat was canceled without any prior notice, and I was not informed about this cancellation. Customer service has been completely unresponsive; I sent multiple emails without receiving any replies. I also called twice, each time waiting nearly two hours for assistance. Furthermore, the refund process has been excessively slow. This has been a frustrating experience, and it will be my last purchase from this company.
I sent back products valued at $250 over a month ago and still haven't seen a refund. There has been no reply to my chat messages or emails. When I attempt to call, I end up waiting on hold indefinitely without reaching a representative.

I love my glassware, but I mistakenly ordered the wrong pattern. I called within 24 hours to sort it out, but was told to follow return instructions after receiving my order for an RMA number. After multiple calls and hours of waiting, with no replies to my requests for return calls, I feel stuck with unwanted items. Their website claims they will respond quickly, but they fall short.

There should definitely be a zero star option. I’ve been on hold for over an hour since calling just after opening. It seems unreasonable to be on hold for this long so early in the day. The promise of 'someone will be with you shortly' feels untrue. I tried chat, but it was offline. This is unacceptable for a company that offers premium products.
