Be careful with Citibank UAE. This is the worst bank I've dealt with. They are fraudulent! I've inquired with them to get a credit card upgrade and they sent me an email that it would cost XX AED upgrade cost. So I accepted it and BOOOM all my 80.000 Citi points are gone. Obviously, they didn't inform me about this before, and surely they won't re-instate the points.Bunch of crooks. I'll take all my money and go to another bank.
