Faild to deliver parcel as the driver said I refused delivey!
Customer services stated he must have tried to deliver to wrong address, so would get depot to get him to return. Guess what no delivery!
Next morning tracking states after several failed delivery attempts returned to depot.
Again wasted more time wating to speak to customer services, only to be told they could not contact depot?
Still awaiting return call.
I think the service is very poor, and they have the thought that the customer is always wrong, act as if you are making it all up.
Wish suppliers would not use them, not the first time this has happened.
