Just been through a personal injury claim, they stalled the process all the way to conclusion and paid out a ridiculously small amount of compensation for an injury caused by a careless member of staff who didn't give a damn in my opinion. No first aid offered, no customer care evident at all. I'll never shop in Bromyard or any of their other stores again.
