Dishonesty and/or incompetence of a Co-op partner?

This isn't a direct criticism of Co-op food. It is a deserved one of Uber Eats; today I have left a review under that name.I write in order to point to a delivery, left in a totally different part of Aberdeen. I came by Uber because of an offer on Monzo Perks for 12 months free Uber One membership. I downloaded the Uber app. The presentation of it is reminiscent of a fruit machine. I was finally tempted to go for my very first order by £10 off a £15 order. Between them, they managed to convert a quids in offer to a loss for me. The courier had all necessary instruction, most importantly my home address. For reasons best known to himself he dropped the delivery on Shoe Lane in Aberdeen, opposite an entrance to the Lemon Tree Theatre. He did so ahead of workmen arriving for the day to open up and start their interior renovations. I made enquiries with them. They have no knowledge of a food drop there, nor did anyone up in the office. The courier was evidently backed by Uber Support, with seemingly not even the mererst of effort to ascertain accuracy of location. To the Co-op, I say this : a one off? a regular occurrence. Looking at the many poor reviews on Trustpilot of Uber Eats, it would seem I am not alone in having a dreadful experience. To Co-op Mounthooly, Aberdeen, I say at what point did OS (the Uber Courier's initials) decide he was going to leave my bought and paid for groceries at a location which it is clear, abundantly clear, was not only not my address, but nowhere near it. I visited the store hoping to find the courier for further information; I was hoping the courier would be around to provide an explanation. I doubt there is a credible one. What surprises me most is Co-operative Food allowing such dishonesty to darken their doors.

Odd feedback options

Well my Co-op convenience store is just good, but I wanted to give positive feedback re their wine selection as the Co-op team offers are very reliable but the Co-op website feedback pages do not offer the choice to give positive feedback upon such positive experience so is Co-op just only interested in complaints and ethics?

Delivery driver demanded ID or he would take delivery away. There was no alcohol in the order and if a customer is obviously over 25 etc this should not be demanded etc. It has put me off shopping with the Co Op.

Has anyone else noticed the draconian…

Has anyone else noticed the draconian management policy in their shops - the staff seem terrified of their manager who roams around several branches. I tried complaining about an insulting brand of sausages called "Black Farmer". You get my point. The manager pretty much told me to do one. You cant make a formal complaint on line, only call them. Waste of time
