I had a voucher from Walkers (gold foiled) as a reward sent to me by post - for £4.00. Moulton co-op refused to accept it and said they could not prove it was real!! I was outraged! I always encounter very very poor service from this co-op. They do not accept Student Cards for discounts, every single time they have an issue with debit cards which are sign for rather than pin-based (due to visual impairment). Moulton co-op is n amateur bunch of people managing an overpriced, under delivering store! They could not spell customer service, let alone practicing it!
