I ordered some products at the beginning of the month and it was going to be deliver 4 days later. The delivery company notify the parcel was broken and they could not deliver.I tried to speak with Cortenplus to see if they could send another product or give me a refund, but their customer service is really bad. I still haven't heard anything from them 20 days later and I am going to ask my bank to give me a refundUpdate.They have replied bag offering a refund in a voucher, when I told them I was not happy with this and I wanted a full refund they ask to confirm what was the reason for the refund!
