I ordered some products at the beginning of the month and it was going to be deliver 4 days later. The delivery company notify the parcel was broken and they could not deliver.I tried to speak with Cortenplus to see if they could send another product or give me a refund, but their customer service is really bad. I still haven't heard anything from them 20 days later and I am going to ask my bank to give me a refundUpdate.They have replied bag offering a refund in a voucher, when I told them I was not happy with this and I wanted a full refund they ask to confirm what was the reason for the refund! Even though I sent more than 10 emails and they are aware the parcel was never delivered.PS You should update your data base if you can't find my name. I sent more than 10 emails chasing my order and I placed this directly
This company is a scam. I ordered the product in May. It arrived damaged and clearly not as advertised. Had to be discarded. After so many emails I was then ignored. Then through website complaint I started getting responses again promising refund. It will be with you by Saturday etc. Then the last week I have started getting responses in different languages supposedly from similar people who have written before saying no refund - have been advised incorrectly. This is a scam DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I believe it used to be good but may have been taken over recently.
I'm only giving 1 star because you cant give zero stars. 2 Months waiting for a delivery that never came and now i have been waiting 1 month for a refund. Terrible customer service. No phone number to contact the office.Update, after not giving me a refund and blaming the courier for them not sending our order. They insist on sending me a product I longer need or want because it will remind of the appalling service I had from them. I was told by one staff member a refund would be no problem and they would send a refund form to fill in. Only to be then told the company don't do refunds and I could get a credit note. A credit note is only useful when the company has the product you need which they don't, otherwise it wouldn't have taken 4 months to get it. In summary, I would not recommend using Corten for anything other than bad customer service.
If I could give zero stars- I would. Ordered from This company- and paid for next day delivery. A month later- no products- despite them taking payment, and no communication- despite me emailing them. I would not recommend this company at all.
