Ordered 3 weeks ago, was 'shipped' straight away but the tracking number has never worked.Emailed company 4 times this week with no reply Also leaving a negative review on their site does not show Avoid!Edit to say that I did eventually get the product but a few months later shipped from china I think. Despite website saying delivery would be 2-3 days. Never did receive any replies to any of my emails and company flagged my review as being fake. Never used as in the meantime bought from elsewhereEdit: please stop flagging my review as fake or in breach of guidelines for containing personal information (which means if I don't respond in 3 days the review is taken down) I have provided trust pilot with proof on numerous occasions that this is a genuine review with receipts of purchase.Also if you had a stock problem as stated below why has it taken a year to tell me this when I emailed multiple times and why was my order marked as 'shipped' straight away?Also there was no promotion code as mentioned below.I'm going back to my original 1 star review
