I bought the StylPro Wavelength LED Face Mask, and it was faulty from the start - several LED lights don’t work, and the power cuts out every 30 seconds, making it impossible to use.I contacted customer service in early February and only received one reply from Gabriela at Cosmeterie by niceshops GmbH, saying the issue had been forwarded to the responsible department. That was on February 6th. Since then, I’ve sent multiple follow-ups and heard nothing at all.The company has completely ignored me for over two months. No resolution, no refund, no replacement. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. I won’t be purchasing from this company again.
