Wife & I scheduled a compact + which was only available in Denver for our 10 year anniversary/ honeymoon/ 50th birthday trip. Months of planning gone by when I call to schedule the pick up I ask if I can leave my car there ( 5 hour drive) I was told no & no overnight parking was available anywhere. Are you kidding me? I expressed that this would be a deal break & he said to call the 800 number to cancel. What an Incompassionate, not trying to solve the issue prick. I’m shelling out $1000+ & months of planning to not be able to park a car. I sent MR. Smalley your CEO a letter expressing my feelings. Unless this is made right in the next few days I will spend the rest of my life bad mouthing your company.
