We had an amazing experience with Cruise America! The RV was absolutely perfect. Super easy to operate, comfortable, and we had zero problems during our trip. Everything worked flawlessly!The staff at the Las Vegas station were incredibly friendly and helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole pick-up and drop-off process smooth and stress-free.Fantastic service from start to finish! We booked an RV from Bozeman. Montana for a trip in late October and November, being from Australia, I didn't realise how cold it would be and our RV would not have water. They should have told me when I was booking. So my dream trip was cancelled
Wife & I scheduled a compact + which was only available in Denver for our 10 year anniversary/ honeymoon/ 50th birthday trip. Months of planning gone by when I call to schedule the pick up I ask if I can leave my car there ( 5 hour drive) I was told no & no overnight parking was available anywhere. Are you kidding me? I expressed that this would be a deal break & he said to call the 800 number to cancel. What an Incompassionate, not trying to solve the issue prick. I’m shelling out $1000+ & months of planning to not be able to park a car. I sent MR. Smalley your CEO a letter expressing my feelings. Unless this is made right in the next few days I will spend the rest of my life bad mouthing your company.
