I went through absolute hell and back with this company and nothing was accomplished. I ordered the knock-off of the "Dyson Airwrap styler" on CurlyAir but ordered their "Curly Airstyler Five in One". The product itself isn't necessarily a scam but the company is overall. These smaller, undeveloped companies will usually say "contact us before returning" and when they do, that is a major red sign. They give you a list of orders that the item must be in to return. I emailed them a total of 10+ times and only got responses from the first 2 times and when they knew I was qualified for a return, they began to ignore me. This item was not cheap, it's $115 not including tax or shipping. I have relatively thin hair and it barely worked still. it works but doesn't get the job done for $115. After I realized they kept ignoring me, I threatened legal action because this is a fraud company not accepting eligible returns. They finally let me submit an appeal after I threatened WHICH WAS REJECTED for no reason and I was qualified for a return. Get the item if wanted but it is a complete rip-off for the price it is. Absolutely disgusting, despicable company. Do not encourage these businesses.
