Review Time
It took forever to arrive and when I got it it didn’t even work. Only grabbed 3 hairs and that’s it. It’s a scam!!!! It had some scratches on it and the packaging was beat up. I have emailed them multiple times and called but their phone number doesn’t work and they never answer. I paid $60.00 and can’t even get my money back. Don’t even put your card number down it’s not worth it.
I bought the Curly and loved it at first. the round brush attachment broke off the first week. I asked for a replacement and they never sent it. I used it for a few weeks and then it started smoking. It smelled like burning plastic. Garbage, don't waste your money!
I ordered mine and got one that does not work. The curlers don't wrap the hair. Cheap plastic. I emailed customer service and they said that since it was on sale I can't ger a refund. When I asked for a replacement, they gave me 10% of my money back. It is a scam!
Purchased this product in Jan 2022. Finally received the product mid March. Used it a couple of times and the base broke. Burning smell and horrible sound. Contacted the company and asked how to resolve it and they said to place an order with a discount code. Did this back in April. Have not heard back from them nor have a received a replacement. Waste of money.
If I could give zero stars that’d be it. Listen to the reviews people…scam is indeed the only word that describes the company. Simple as that. They wont refund anything thats on sale, so be extra aware of that. The product is flimsy and two of the attachments wont even hold /attach to the blower.
This is a scam do not buy from them!!! I purchased this in March and still haven’t received my order I have emailed them numerous times asking where is my order And they keep replying we’re looking into it. I have asked for refund and no reply Do not waste your time or money
