Had an odd and unusual issue with a pair of ProMark sticks. I thought I'd report it as it might help to ID a possible quality control problem. Within 45 minutes, Steve from Customer service reached out and requested some additional info. and offered to send me a replacement pair. Yeah... it's only a pair of drumsticks, but D'Addario listened and took care of me. A pleasant surprise in today's world.
